Description
 Each of the houses has a capacity for 10 persons, although there is the possibility of having 2 to 4 additional guests in each one of them. The group of four houses offers, thus, a total capacity for 40 guests, with 8 to 16 additional spaces.
They can be rented together or independently. If the decision of renting the whole group of houses to have a celebration is taken, there is also the possibility to rent a hall of the Castle of Montclar itself, which has a maximum capacity of 100 persons.
Note: The historical centre of the town of Montclar that is around the castle was strongly damaged during the bombardments of the Civil War. Once the war was over, the restoration of this historical centre started, repairing a part of the castle on one side, and on the other, the former weapons courtyard. The schools, the city hall and the abbey, where the rector of the town lived, were built. Besides that, four more houses were built to be inhabited by the secretary of the town council, the doctor, and the male and female teachers. It is worthy saying that during those times boys and girls were separated in the school.
These four houses have been recently renovated and modernized. They have been equipped with all the services and comforts, and constitute the group of houses of "Cases del Castell", with a total capacity for 40 persons.
