Just entering the house we find a hall equipped with a toilet. From this zone there is, on one side, the staircase that leads to the upper floors, and on the other, an entrance to the ample zone occupied by the kitchen, the dinning room, a hall with a chimney and a double bedroom. From the dinning-living room one has access to a spacious terrace, which has a staircase that leads to the garden. It is an exterior space with exit to a street situated on an inferior level. In the garden we find the barbecue, firewood for the barbecue and the room for the washing machine and a place to dry clothes.
On the first upper floor we find, to the left, a bedroom with an incorporated bathroom and an attic equipped with an individual sofa-bed. On the same floor we find two double bedrooms that share bathroom. The second floor is occupied by a big suite with an incorporated bathroom. From every part of the house one can enjoy exceptional views of the surroundings of Montclar.
